QUESTIONS OWNERS ASK

Property management Q&A

Can I change property managers while a tenant is in place?

Often yes. The management appointment is separate from the tenancy. We would first review your existing agency agreement, notice requirements and the handover records before proposing a transition.

How do you decide whether a rent increase is possible?

We check the property’s last rent increase date, current agreement and applicable notice requirements before recommending timing. Read our RTA-based rent increase guide.

What happens when a tenant reports a repair?

We clarify the problem and urgency, identify any access or approval requirement, arrange a suitable person for the work and track the outcome. Work that requires a licensed trade is referred accordingly.

Why are entry condition records important?

They create a starting point for condition and later bond discussions. We aim for clear descriptions and useful photos. Read the entry report guide.

Can you help if I may sell later?

Yes. Our sales and maintenance services can help you consider a future sale and the property’s presentation, while tenancy obligations are handled through the management process.
